About the Role
Responsible for conceiving, developing, implementing, supporting, and enhancing life, health, and wellness insurance schemes and productsRoles and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and profitability analyses
- Generate ideas on new products and wellness programmes and upgrade existing products through product improvements
- Coordinate with relevant functions such as channel distribution, actuarial investment and operations in design of new products and refine of existing ones
- Provide advice on product pricing and marketing strategy as appropriate
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree holder, with 10 years’ experience in partnership development, product / solution development, business development, client & distribution management, fund development and marketing.
- Must have a high degree of knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge & experience in design thinking will be an added advantage.
- Should ideally have previously worked within one or more reputable companies or start-ups in the following industries: (1) Advisory – management consultancy preferably with experience in financial technology, financial planning, health financing, or healthcare; OR (2) Finance - wealth management / private banking / financial planning;
