About the Role

Responsible for supporting the Workday and payroll integration setup

​Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support Workday–payroll configuration and integration setup
  • Execute integration processes and provide efficient, SLA‑based end‑user support.
  • Participate in project activities including UAT, documentation, and deployment.
  • Monitor system alerts and errors, taking timely corrective actions.
  • Validation of setup and configurations accuracy.
  • Maintain integration specifications, documentation, and process maps.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system stability, and reliable data flow between Workday and payroll vendors.

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive experience using Workday, with strong hands‑on expertise in both configuration and integrations.
  • Proven experience conducting UAT for Workday modules and integrations.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable Workday solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proactive, analytical, and detail‑oriented, with strong troubleshooting and documentation capabilities.
