About the Role
Responsible for supporting the Workday and payroll integration setupRoles and Responsibilities:
- Support Workday–payroll configuration and integration setup
- Execute integration processes and provide efficient, SLA‑based end‑user support.
- Participate in project activities including UAT, documentation, and deployment.
- Monitor system alerts and errors, taking timely corrective actions.
- Validation of setup and configurations accuracy.
- Maintain integration specifications, documentation, and process maps.
- Ensure data accuracy, system stability, and reliable data flow between Workday and payroll vendors.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience using Workday, with strong hands‑on expertise in both configuration and integrations.
- Proven experience conducting UAT for Workday modules and integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable Workday solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proactive, analytical, and detail‑oriented, with strong troubleshooting and documentation capabilities.
