About the Role
Responsible for ensuring AIA's products, services and internal operations / business processes meet the required quality standardsPosition Objective:
- Quality Assurance is a professional who is responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve an organization's final products in order to meet established quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that standard operation procedure (SOP) were followed by doing sample checks on the completed cases.
- Document Audit activities, share the outcome and prepare reports for the stakeholders.
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors
- Make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders and SME across a wide range of departments on any possible process improvement.
- Partnership with SME in respective teams for upskilling support and refresher sessions.
Communication Requirements
- Bi-weekly/ monthly meetings with respective team leaders, monthly meeting with team, 1 on 1 conversation with own’s team manager and progressive or ad hoc updates on OSS’ strategy deliverables with HoD.
- Progressive or ad hoc catch-up session with business partners on any reporting related item.
