About the Role

You will gain hands-on experience in hands-on exposure to enterprise risk management, compliance operations, and data reporting in a corporate setting. It’s ideal for someone eager to apply academic knowledge in a structured and practical environment.

Support the operational and reporting needs of the Risk & Compliance function. Responsibilities include:

Risk and Control Assessment Support:

  • Assist in coordinating and documenting Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA)

  • Support data collection and validation for risk identification and control evaluation

  • Consolidate assessment inputs and maintain version control of documents

  • Track progress of risk mitigation plans and follow up on outstanding items


Risk Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update risk registers and issue/action logs

  • Prepare dashboards and reports using data from risk activities

  • Format and generate summaries for internal stakeholders and team reviews

  • Perform basic data checks to ensure completeness and accuracy

Administrative and Coordination Support:

  • Schedule meetings, workshops, and follow-up sessions

  • Capture accurate meeting minutes and action items

  • Track deadlines, action owners, and progress across functions

  • Maintain the Risk & Compliance activity calendar and monitoring trackers

  • Support preparation of presentation decks and internal documentation

Job Requirement:

  • Preferably an undergraduate in the penultimate or final year of bachelor’s degree in Social Studies, Psychology, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Corporate Governance or any related program

  • Must be proficient in both written and spoken English

  • Candidate strong interest in corporate governance, operational risk management, compliance and enterprise risk.

  • Excel academically with minimum CGPA 3.00 or second class upper or equivalent

  • Minimum duration would be 12 weeks or above

  • Compulsory internship placements by university

  • Willing to work in Cyberjaya
