About the Role

Position Objective :

1) Handling all internal and external reporting for the Investigation Department.

2) Handling all investigation matters excluding complex cases for the company and AIA affiliates in Malaysia which includes AIA BHD, APTB, AIA GI, APAM, AHS.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Handling all excluding complex investigation cases namely from Agency, Claims, Mortgage Department and all other departments from inception to conclusion including preparation of Investigation Report.
  • Preparation of Investigation findings and outcome in MCC slides for presentation to Market Conduct Committee (MCC) by presenting her cases.
  • Attending to request made by regulators from BNM, LIAM, PIAM, Government authorities namely Police and other relevant authorities for further information / evidence based on investigation cases. All attending to all request made by Group office.
  • Preparation and reporting of fraud cases through BNM (ORION), local reporting which consists of ORC, MCC, SLA and Internal Investigation register, Group Reporting (IRIS, MCS) for all investigation cases.  

Job Requirements :

  • Degree in related field or equivalent
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Understanding the business.
  • Active listening and evidence gathering
  • Knowledge of Relevant Laws.
