About the Role
The Manager, Cloud Operations will provide day to day support to all AIA business units using AIA’s Azure public cloud platform including but not limited to incident-, change-, request- and problem management. This role focuses on leveraging azure services administration tasks and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance.

Manage cloud resource provisioning.
•
Design, develop, and implement highly available, multi-region solutions within Microsoft Azure
•
Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and/or governance to identify and implement improvements.
•
Develop infrastructure as code leveraging cloud native tooling to ensure automated and consistent platform deployments.
•
Support cloud adoption of applications as they are being transformed and/or modernized.
•
Participate in a on-call rotation to address and resolve technical escalations.
•
Provide training and support to team members.
•
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues and Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
•
Provide technical support and guidance.
