About the Role
The Culture, Engagement & Wellbeing Lead, will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving AIA Digital+ Malaysia’s employee experience strategy. You will lead initiatives that foster a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture, aligned with AIA’s purpose of helping people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. This role partners closely with internal HR team and internal stakeholders, supported by Group Centre of Excellence, to deliver impactful engagement, wellbeing, and learning experiences across the organization.Culture & Engagement
Lead the execution of the annual Employee Engagement Survey, including post-survey analysis, reporting, and supporting business leaders’ action planning.
Champion AIA’s values and culture through strategic initiatives that enhance employee connection, purpose, and belonging.
Partner with leadership and HRBPs to embed engagement strategies into business plans and team practices.

Own and deliver the Wellbeing@AIA pillar, including planning and execution of all employee-related events such as:
Mental Health Month
Inclusion & Diversity Month
International Women’s Day
Festive Celebrations & Teambuildings
Annual Dinner & Recognition Events
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events are inclusive, engaging, and aligned with AIA’s wellbeing strategy.
Learning & Development Support
Support the implementation of Learning & Development (L&D) programs in partnership with the Learning team.
Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and campaigns that promote continuous development and career growth.
