About the Role

The role will be a learning business partner role that is focused on working back with the relevant business units to design and implement learning interventions to support business outcomes.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Supports the development of organizational  L&D strategy   to  meet  training  and  development  needs, manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary.
  • Works with business units as a business partner to identify suitable learning programs and interventions that can help them meet their respective business objectives.
  • Drives the establishment of a thriving culture through the design and implementation of strategic interventions and activities.  
  • Assesses relevant training needs for individuals, departments and organisation, in consultation with departmental heads
  • Designs training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs or manage this activity via external providers.
  • Designs and executes AIA Essentials interventions to drive employee’s mindset and behavior change.
  • Leads the planning and implementation of digital learning activities to drive digital learning adoption across the organisation.
  • Identifies, selects and manages external training partners, accreditation bodies and agencies necessary to deliver required training to required standards.
  • Owns, utilizes and continuously improves our L&D Dashboard to ensure the data in it is always relevant and useful to our stakeholders in efforts to drive learning and development outcomes.
  • Works with Learning Admin to organise training venues, logistics as required, to achieve efficient training attendance, delivery and maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
  • Supports execution of Group HR / AIA Leadership Centre-driven programs locally.
  • Work back with Learning Admin to   track and monitor HRDC levy usage to ensure we are effectively utilising it at an enterprise level/
  • Develops self and maintains knowledge in relevant field at all times.
