About the Role

Associate to Customer Servicing, Non Medical Complex/Financial Team

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To handle day to day Financial (Batch Payment) transactions & ensure all related processes comply with requirement / SLA set.
  • To support suspense management by clearing suspense items.
  • Processing transactions / backend operational duties related to policy changes function.
  • To achieve department target and timeline (Quality, Productivity and TAT).
  • To respond and follow-up on customer requests, offer advice to meet customer needs and provide effective solution to customers’ enquiries and complaints.
  • To ensure smooth daily operations and transactions are completed within TAT. Takes timely corrective action to achieve objectives and close gaps.
  • Support any relevant duties within the assigned area(s) of responsibilities from time to time.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Competent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak other languages will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and well versed in MS Office.
  • Able to work independently and multitasking.
