  • Partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders (Finance, Compliance, IT, Customer Service, Product, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of end‑to‑end operational workflows.
  • Support management in planning, resource allocation, and workflow prioritisation to ensure timely completion of business‑as‑usual (BAU) activities.

2. Operations – Daily BAU Management

  • Oversee suspense account management with strong technical proficiency, ensuring accurate identification, allocation, and timely clearance of outstanding items.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all incoming and outgoing payment processing, adhering strictly to regulatory, compliance, and company policies.
  • Enforce AML/CFT standards for payment-related activities, including screening, red-flag identification, escalation procedures, and documentation.
  • Review and approve daily operational transactions, ensuring appropriate controls and validations are in place.
  • Coordinate with internal functions to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, premium mismatches, or unallocated funds.
  • Ensure smooth execution of billing, premium collection, refunds, adjustments, and related operational tasks.

  • Review, enhance, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with best practices, regulatory requirements, and operational controls.
  • Design, refine, and document end‑to‑end workflow diagrams and process maps to provide clear visibility of workstreams, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including process reengineering, risk mitigation, and internal control strengthening.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, and relevant departments to explore process automation, system enhancements, and digital solutions that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
  • Contribute to projects involving system upgrades, process transformation, or new product launches from an operational standpoint.

Minimum Requirements
