About the Role

This role is responsible for Design program content, methods and implementation process

Roles and Responsibilities

End to End Learning Process D&D

  • Design program content, methods and implementation process
  • Work with Subject Matter Expert to analyse business needs and develop learning objectives and outcomes
  • Research on best practices and explore on appropriate tools and platform to produce compelling and engaging learning deliverables that align to Premier Academy and regulatory guidelines
  • Carry out Train-The-Trainer (TTT) session
  • Coach RTS on program delivery after TTT

Quality Assurance & Personal Development

  • Curriculum design & training delivery effectiveness monitoring and review
  • Evaluation and Feedback compilation
  • Attend certification programs

Strategic Planning and New Projects

  • Support the execution of business projects, maintain project documentation and communication

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder from any field of study
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in training or insurance industry
  • LOMA qualification, certification as facilitator for BAMC, LIMRA/GAMA Agency Management Programs or equivalent will be value added.
  • Good analytic, presentation, communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Able to prepare & upkeep training materials by using most common software (e.g. MS Office suite)
  • Fast learner, curiosity for knowledge and able to conceptualize ideas
  • Pleasant personality and presentable
