About the Role

This candidate is responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives focused on employer worksites. Through innovative worksite initiatives, we aim to expand AIA presence at corporate premises to achieve organizational cross-sell objectives, contributing to the overall AIA Repurchase objective.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Worksite Strategy Planning & Execution

  • Design and implement tailored worksite solutions that align with the corporate and market trends.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of worksite solutions.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to present worksite solutions to corporate clients.

Worksite Agency Development

  • Build and groom Agencies to provide end to end Worksite propositions to Corporate Clients and their employees.
  • Coordinate worksite events with Agencies for corporate clients and drive leads generation and conversion
  • Understand gaps and challenges from Agency and propose solutioning to grow the cross-sell business to corporate employees.
  • Track the performance of the Agencies and ensure production sales target are met.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Min. Degree holder and above
  • Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably from the Insurance industry
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese is a plus
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint
