Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented AI Project (Chatbot) Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for training and optimizing chatbots, designing conversation workflows, supporting project implementation, and continuously improving chatbot performance through analysis and feedback. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Customer Success, and Design to deliver exceptional conversational experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Chatbot Training & Optimization
- Train chatbot models with relevant data to improve accuracy and coverage.
- Continuously refine chatbot responses and intents based on real user interactions and feedback.
- Workflow Design & Implementation
- Build and maintain conversational workflows, logic trees, and dialogue flows.
- Develop demos and templates for internal use and client presentations.
- Project Coordination & Customer Support
- Support project implementation activities, ensuring chatbot solutions are delivered on time and aligned with requirements.
- Provide Level 1/2 support for chatbot-related issues, escalating when needed.
- Create clear and concise User Guides and Tutorials for clients and internal teams.
- Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor chatbot performance using dashboards and reports.
- Analyze conversation logs to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Consolidate user and customer feedback and provide structured input to the Product team for enhancements.
