At its core, AILiquid is an AI-native on-chain derivatives platform built on our proprietary public chain — Conscious Chain. We set out to address two persistent problems in DeFi: lack of trust and limited scalability.

The idea was to combine AI strategy execution, real-time risk management, and on-chain matching within a unified system — one that’s fast, transparent and accessible to a wide range of users. We wanted to avoid centralized methods within blockchain and instead, designed a trading architecture for decentralized automation.

AiLiquid is expanding our retail presence and looking for a Community Growth & Content Manager to build and scale our trading community. If you live and breathe crypto, enjoy crafting engaging content, and know how to grow Telegram/FB/IG audiences, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow Telegram channels/groups (daily content, engagement, user retention).
• Social media content aggregation, preparation, and distribution.
• Take ownership and run ads on Facebook/Instagram pages.
• Run engagement loops (polls, discussions, competitions).
• Track KPIs (subscriber growth, engagement, click-throughs).

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years in community management, social media, or digital marketing (crypto/fintech preferred).
• Strong bilingual skills: English + Chinese required
• Familiar with Telegram, FB, IG communities and growth tactics.
• Creative, resourceful, and comfortable with tools like Canva/CapCut.
• Based in KL/Selangor, able to work standard office hours remotely.
