At its core, AILiquid is an AI-native on-chain derivatives platform built on our proprietary public chain — Conscious Chain. We set out to address two persistent problems in DeFi: lack of trust and limited scalability.

The idea was to combine AI strategy execution, real-time risk management, and on-chain matching within a unified system — one that’s fast, transparent and accessible to a wide range of users. We wanted to avoid centralized methods within blockchain and instead, designed a trading architecture for decentralized automation.

AiLiquid is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to be our first in-house design hire. You will take ownership of all visual design across the company — from community graphics and marketing campaigns to platform branding and product assets. This is a unique opportunity to set the creative direction of a growing Web3 trading platform.

What You’ll Do

• Design graphics for social media, ads, and community content (Telegram, FB, IG).
  
• Create visual assets for product, marketing campaigns, and investor materials.
  
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  
• Collaborate with community managers and marketing leads to deliver high-impact visuals.
  
• Manage design workflows, templates, and asset libraries for efficiency.

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (crypto, fintech, or tech startup preferred).
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media design, branding, and digital campaigns.
• Creative yet disciplined — able to balance speed with brand consistency.
• Familiar with crypto culture and Web3 aesthetics is a strong plus.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
• Based in KL/Selangor, able to work standard office hours remotely.
