Key Responsibilities:

•  Maintain and continuously improve the company’s systems, ensuring all services, processes, and operations run efficiently and effectively.
•  Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in workflows and implement strategies to optimize operational performance.
•  Provide cross-departmental support by ensuring teams have the necessary tools, infrastructure, and resources to operate smoothly.
•  Respond promptly to technical issues or service outages, ensuring swift resolution to minimize disruptions.
•  Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers as needed, ensuring effective communication and timely coordination.
•  Monitor and analyze operational metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
•  Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

•  Proven experience in operations, administration, or a related role.
•  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•  Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments.
•  Proficiency in using business and project management tools/software.
•  A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is an advantage.
