• Coordination: Schedule interviews with department managers and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Offers: Extend job offers, discuss compensation and benefits, and handle basic onboarding.

Job Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with applicant tracking software (ATS) and basic employment laws.
• Certifications: Professional credentials like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
