1. Sales Strategy & Performance
Lead the Central Sales Team: Supervise, motivate, and mentor the Central Sales team to consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales revenue and margin targets.
Strategic Planning: Develop clear, action-oriented sales plans and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are aligned with top management's strategic goals.
Profitability Management: Actively monitor sales performance and implement best practices to optimize cost-to-profit (C2P) efficiency and boost overall profitability.
Reporting & Accountability: Regularly report on sales progress, successes, challenges, and emerging market trends to the Commercial Head and Business Unit leadership, ensuring team accountability for results.
2. Operational Alignment & Market Focus
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Operations team to align resources and action plans, ensuring effective execution and desired business outcomes.
Market Analysis: Identify and analyze regional market trends to inform strategic, data-driven decisions that secure sustainable sales growth.
Value Promotion: Serve as a strategic partner to effectively promote Added Value Offers (AVO), translating product benefits into customer solutions.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Key Account Management: Build and maintain profitable, long-lasting relationships with key customers, leveraging support from internal Industrial and Customer Service teams.
Customer Experience: Promptly and positively resolve customer concerns to continuously improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and overall customer satisfaction.
4. Team Leadership & Development
Culture Champion: Actively promote the company's core values and culture (e.g., "BeActEngage") throughout the team.
Talent Development: Drive high employee engagement and foster a supportive work environment.
Coaching & Recognition: Implement professional development through coaching programs and ensure consistent recognition of team contributions.
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or related field
Have sales experience in Industrial Gases sector
5+ working experiences in sales field and 3+years people manager experience
Fluent in English and Chinese, Cantonese is a plus
Own a driving license and a car
