1. Contribute to the development and execution of business strategy
Building strong and solid relationship with internal / external key stakeholders
Influencing business leaders in decision making - going beyond pure HR matters (Organization effectiveness, change management, capabilities for future…)
Driving implementation by providing consultancy, coaching, HR solutions to engage and inspire people, ensuring performance is managed at individual and team levels
2. Formulate HR strategy / Priorities to sustain business success
Building critical competencies for the organisation according to business growth needs
Steering the talent attraction, development (training) and retention topics
Leading succession planning and building talent pipeline, and driving Leadership development
Improving employee experience, promoting organisational culture & value inside and outside the company
3.Drive HR operational excellence
Collaborating and coordinating with HR CoE and BSC HR to implement HR initiatives, solve HR issues in responsible business scope
Driving and ensuring adoption of HR policies and procedures applicable to the HUB
Assessing and escalating issues/improvement related to HR policies to CoEs
Defining and executing action plans based on HR data analytics"
4. Facilitate business transformation and change
Act as a change agent to implement change programs to foster agile & sharing culture, collaborative ways of working by working closely Communication Lead in driving effective internal communication and ESG plans.
Anticipation of future market trends that are likely to impact HR needs, provides the market pulse for the CoEs
Lead transformation projects for business strategy, organizational design and change initiatives with closely partnering with local business partners.
5. Ensure compliance to laws and regulation
Implements company programs that is aligned with the local regulations
Facilitates discussion between employees and line managers to resolve disputes, and other complaints.
In partnership with the internal legal counsel, represents the company with regards to labor related issues
Updates him/herself of the amendments in local regulations to esure 100% compliance
Act as a role model in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations as well as Safety Policy, Code of Conduct, Antitrust, Anti-Corruption, Inclusive and Diversify, and other internal policies.
Degree holder in business administration, human resources management and other relevant disciplines
At least 10 years of solid HR experience and preferably with 5 years in managing business stakeholders.
Strong capabilities in the fields of change management, organizational development, strategic workforce planning, talent management, stakeholder management and solutions development
Analytical thinking, data management and analysis
Ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills to all employees including senior management
Strong business acumen, positive mindset, adaptive and solution-driven
Fluent in English
