Job Description

ALBS is an Air Liquide entity in Kuala Lumpur, regrouping for the APAC scope its Business Service Centers (Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai) as well as the two Global Functions (IT, Digital and Procurement). The intern will be responsible for assisting and supporting Internal Control Manager overseeing and ensuring the effectiveness of the internal control framework for all processes within Air Liquide Business Services.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Facilitate the documentation, review, and implementation of policies and standards related to internal controls.

  • Assist in investigating and responding to incidents of non-compliance, recommending and implementing corrective actions.

  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations on internal control activities, findings, and recommendations.

  • Support internal and external audits for all the walkthrough, access rights, coordination of samples, follow up on issues and compilation from process owners, etc.

  • Assist in performing SAPIN II and Self Assessment Testing based on Group guidelines.

Are you a MATCH?

Internship Duration:

4 to 6 months

  • Strong knowledge of accounting, consolidation, and IFRS accounting standards.

  • Currently pursuing Degree in Finance and Accounting or students of ACCA or CPA at Applied skills level and above.

  • Progressive financial service experience.

Office Location:

  • 1Powerhouse is accessible via MRT (Bandar Utama station)
