This Organization is striving for excellence, adopting the Best in Class models to deliver value through simplification and standardization of processes, while adhering to Internal controls and compliance requirements.</div></div>-<h2>How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?</h2>(A) Import and Export Operations<ul><li>Coordinate with the Gas Suppliers the good execution of the shipments as planned</li><li>Monitor the status of her/his shipments through the ALGEM tools (Order Tracking File, NAVAL, Gideons reports) on a daily basis</li><li>Organize shipments (empty and full), in accordance with Affiliates needs ensuring continuity of supply in a efficient way</li><li>ERP daily transaction and monitor - GIDEONS</li><li>Proactively alert/report delay shipments through AGLEM tools (Delay report follow up) &nbsp;</li></ul>(B) Documentation<ul><li>Ensure customs clearance of all imported goods and proper administration process until the final acceptance of goods/services</li><li>Provide timely and accurately all relevant and needed shipping documentations to AL Affiliates (BL, (e)COA, Invoice ... etc)</li><li>Ensure Timely update of the Order Tracking file for the related shipments and scope</li><li>Invoice AL Affiliates for each shipment based on the agreed Incoterms</li></ul>(C) Compliance and continuous improvement<ul><li>Cross functional work with logistics &amp; planning, procurement, Business and QHSE within ALGEM organization to achieve ALGEM goal such as Safety, Quality, Reliability and Efficiency target.</li><li>Comply with International Transport of dangerous goods regulation (Road and Sea freight Transportation for Dangerous Goods)&nbsp;</li><li>Identify the Logistics dysfunctions (lead time, cost, quality) and suggest actions to improve the situations.</li></ul><h2>Are you a MATCH? </h2><ul><li>Extensive Experience in supply chain, order taking, logistics arrangement within the Chemical/Industrial Gas industry with a customer facing role.
