Job Description

AL Maritime is a business unit within GM&T (Global Markets & Technologies). The activity is articulated around four main businesses: Global Helium, Global Rare Gases, Offshore Energies and Maritime Cryogenic Supply. It is a very international environment, managing multiple locations worldwide. 


As part of AL Maritime, Cryogenic Tank Services (CTS) is a Malaysian entity which was acquired in 2015. CTS specializes in cryogenic tank and equipment rental for the offshore and maritime industries as well as in cryogenic transport of molecules, and provides a full range of repair and testing services. 

The Sales Coordinator Intern mission is to be in charge of the sales support activities for the Offshore Energies business unit in Asia-Pacific. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide essential support to our sales team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Process sales orders, On/Off Hire Note, GRN Note, invoices, and related documentation accurately and efficiently. 

  • Responsible for incoming Delivery Order, Invoice and all relevant documents.

  • Prepare sales quotations and proposals (through AX system)

  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system 

  • Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing presentations

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, when needed, via phone and email

  • Maintain accurate sales records & databases and ensure data integrity & confidentiality in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AL IMS. 

Are you a MATCH?

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication skills (English written and verbal), proficiency in relevant software (Microsoft), and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 

  • self-motivated and able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative and international environment

  • The duration shall be 4 to 6 months considering 2 months learning.
