Reimagine What’s Possible
Provides support and guidance to the SEA HR Business Partner, People Orientation Leaders and MyHR Team and Key Leadership Stakeholders in the Total Rewards in SEA and Mobility in Europe and Asia. Provides the necessary online and offline support (phone, email, net-meeting) where appropriate to HR and for them to reach out to Business Leaders and Employees.
Is responsible for the on-going administrative work associated with International Assignments (all assignment types) and International Permanent Transfers, which includes supporting and coordinating the IMP related activities with IMP Consultants, HR, assignees, managers and external vendors.
Administers and processes compliance/documentation matters related to mobility for new hires and existing employees including permanent country transfers. Ensures compliance with all associated legal requirements. Refers where necessary to Asia Total Rewards and Global Mobility Director for exceptional risk management.
Supports Compensation Planning via survey data submission to survey consultants as appropriate through job matching exercise and completing the same in Air Products database for purpose of developing salary structure and performing competitive trend analysis from year to year or with other companies.
Supports insurance renewal process by liaising with benefits brokers and related stakeholders as appropriate to ensure that the insurance renewal is completed within the timeline given.
Ensures that compliance process in respect to actuary and audit of DB Pensions in Malaysia and Indonesia are followed through.
Supports collective agreement negotiations by ensuring that the requests from union are appropriately reviewed and costed against competitive market practices.
Provides support in culling, compiling and analyzing survey data to ensure that SEA Total Rewards and Global Mobility programs are keeping abreast of market prevalent practice.
Provides support and guidance to SEA HR and Business Managers on all compensation planning activities.
Provides support in area of expertise in Total Rewards for all mergers & acquisitions and integration activities
