Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Welcome guests, take accurate orders, and serve food and drinks with a friendly attitude.
• Handle customer questions and simple concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Service Operations

• Operate the process payments, and assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain clean dining and service areas, restock supplies, and follow food safety and hygiene procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Secondary school certificate (SPM) or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required; 
• Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
