Job Description
Main Responsibilities :
Compensation & Benefits:
Support the development and implementation of compensation structures, incentive schemes, and job evaluation frameworks.
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive pay positioning within the industries.
Manage annual salary review, bonus cycles, and benefits renewals.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
Rewards Strategy & Analytics:
Assist in the formulation and execution of total rewards strategies that drive employee motivation, performance, and retention.
Prepare and present reports on compensation metrics, trends, and program effectiveness.
Maintain and analyze rewards-related data, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Support the design and rollout of engagement initiatives, including reward-based performance programs for technical and operational staff.
Create and maintain various annual budgets periodically forecast costs by department tracking on HR data documentation and maintenance of project reports.
Monitor track budgets in projects, Alert HOD on budget over-shoot, scope-change, cost over-run, etc. Map out salary ranges for our open positions Revenue & FTE.
Organisational Design:
Support the design and rollout of engagement initiatives, including reward-based performance programs for technical and operational staff.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of current organizational structures, processes, and workflows.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic organizational design initiatives.
Design and implement organizational charts, job descriptions, and role responsibilities that align with strategic objectives.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to organizational effectiveness, including team dynamics and performance management practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Statistic or any related field. A postgraduate degree or certification in Compensation/Rewards (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
4–6 years of experience in compensation and benefits, ideally within an aviation, engineering, or MRO environment.
Strong knowledge of rewards frameworks, benchmarking tools, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in HRIS, Excel / GoogleSheet (advanced level), and data analytics tools.
Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
