What Will You Do
Work closely with stakeholders in ikhlas.com to conceptualize, define, design, develop and deliver the product backlog to provide a device, channel and medium independent experience to customers/users in the areas of ecommerce, merchant acquisition, etc.
Simplify ikhlas.com digital platforms to enhance the overall usability and customer experience.
Fuse Islamic elements into our products, services, and overall platform to enhance the Islamic spiritual experiences of our customers when they use our platform and products.
Partner with software engineering teams to develop new product ideas from concept to production.
Guide Agile development teams and stakeholders by providing vision, direction, requirements, and user stories.
Prioritize product features (stories, epics, and themes) based on value and alignment with product strategy.
Lead product release planning and set expectations for delivery of new functionality.
Remove obstacles that hinder the team's ability to achieve release/sprint goals.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular product updates and understanding business needs.
Conduct industry, market, competitor and user research and analysis, and proactively revise the product roadmap accordingly.
Stay updated on Agile/Scrum best practices and emerging trends.
Your Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
At least 3 years to 5 years of experience in a product management role, preferably within an e-commerce environment
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Good experience and understanding of Product Design, Product Engineering, Data Science, and Quality Assurance
Knowledge of Agile processes and principles
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Creative thinker with a vision
