Cabin Crew members provide excellent customer service, manage in-flight emergencies, administer first aid if required, and ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures, contributing to a positive and safe travel experience for all passengers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Ensuring Passenger Safety and Security: Conducting pre-flight safety checks, demonstrating safety procedures to passengers, and ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations throughout the flight. Providing Excellent Customer Service: Attending to passenger needs and requests, providing information, and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant flight experience. Managing In-Flight Emergencies: Following established procedures to handle various in-flight situations, including medical emergencies, turbulence, and evacuations if necessary. Administering First Aid: Providing basic first aid assistance to passengers who may require medical attention during the flight, within the scope of their training.
