Booking to Cash, Executive (Shared Services Center)
Job Description
- Preparing reconciliation of sales report with settlement reports for various payment channels for all entities
- Preparing reconciliation settlement reports with bank statement receipts for various payment channels for all entities
- Provide support for customer happiness team in relation to payment status inquiries
- Provide finance operations support for fall out issues and manual update payments in system for bookings including Group Bookings
- Create Journal/ Receipts in Oracle for month end closing mainly related to bank charges, refund and receipt in bank
- Assist with bank reconciliation
- Monthly apply receipt and ensure customer aging is within the aging period as per company policies.
- Prepare reconciliation working files for the subsequent payment and ensure it tallies with the balance in the aging report
- Prepare monthly Balance sheet schedule
- Support for any issue arise and Ad-Hoc task operation
- Assist to provide supporting documents for audit
- Work on improvement projects
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Good command in English both spoken and written.
- Able to communicate well with all levels of stakeholders.
- Dynamic, result-oriented, positive "can do" attitude.
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel, Google sheet
- Knowledge and experienced with Oracle is preferred
- Full-Time Position available
- Immediate availability is preferred
