Job Description
Ready to navigate the intricacies of bank transactions and financial data with finesse? Here's what your day will look like:
- Preparing reconciliation for bank host by various MID
- Support daily download and upload bank settlement file to finexus system and follow up on missing settlement file
- Prepare reconciliation for FXMP
- Prepare reconciliation for Duty free/Travel fair
- Download and attach the bank statements
- Create Journal/ Receipts in Oracle for month end closing mainly related to bank charges, refund and receipt in bank
- Collection on behalf (Interco) report and create Journal in Oracle (if any)
- Review accuracy for the subsequent payment
- Monthly apply receipt and ensure customer aging is within the aging period as per company policies. Prepare monthly Credit card adjustment reconciliation mainly arises from Interco and Forex
- Prepare monthly Balance sheet schedule
- Prepare monthly Bank Host Reconciliation
- Solve issue request and Ad-Hoc task operation from central request
- Assist to provide supporting documents for audit
- Work on improvement projects
What You'll Need
- Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good command in English both spoken and written
- Able to communicate well with all levels of stakeholders
- Dynamic, result-oriented, "can do" attitude
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel, Google sheet
- Knowledge and experienced with Oracle is preferred
