Functional Responsibility

Responsible for managing the security administrative function.

Role Responsibility

  • Process all MAHB Pass claims for all staff and vendors that need access to the airside.
  • Process all APD claims, PUSPAKOM, HRDF, SOCSO and etc. for Security Department.
  • Arrange and notify Security staff Duty Travel and Accommodation to control.
  • Filing all administrative documents and updates all personal data of security staff.
  • Compilation and update all Overtime, Productivity Allowances for Assistant Security Officers.
  • Update personal file on all MC’s / Emergency Leave / Hospitalization / Warning Letter / Briefing Note and notify People Department.
  • Process all general purchasers, invoices, claims and manage petty cash.
  • Compliance of staff employment terms: recruitment, vetting, contract, permanent, medical check-up and etc.

Functional Duties

  • Coordinate with Finance department on all issues related to EPR, ISR and other staff claim for payment.
  • Generate and prepare documents / letters for daily airport passes request and additional airport area.
  • Process and keep track of staff leave (MC / EL / Unpaid Leave).
  • Data entry of all overtime incurred and productivity for staff at Klia 2, Hubs and stations.
  • Highlight vacancies of establishment manpower budget and process recruitment.
  • Track and advised the expenditures incurred and balance against approved budget.
  • Assist and conduct any other administrative duties as and when required.

Minimum working experience

At least minimum 2-year experience serving in Human Resource or Administration.

Education

  • STPM / SPM or equivalent.
  • Diploma would be an advantage.
