Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing and proofreading legal documents, contracts and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant laws, regulations and legal developments.
- Support the Legal team in contract management, document filing and maintaining legal records.
- Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation to support ongoing legal projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the Legal Department as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.
- Strong legal research, analytical and writing skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3/6 months
