Job Description
Join our Airline Tech team and deliver successful IT projects while reporting to the PMO team. As an Intern PMO, you'll learn through on-the job opportunities but not limited to:
Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, budget, communication, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management for small to medium projects.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to meet all deliverables and milestones, ensuring effective project governance and ownership of the project schedule and forecast.
Exposures in communicating and presenting at all leadership levels, maintaining strong executive presence.
Maintain quality standards and consistency in project methodology, providing feedback for product and process improvements.
Set resource expectations and project success criteria with stakeholders, ensuring stakeholder sign-off on key deliverables.
Facilitate client relationship management and project transfer to internal teams.
WHO YOU ARE:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree at a recognized university (last semester graduates are encouraged to apply).
Background or qualifications in IT related.
Some experience with MS Project.
Able to work in Sepang (next to KLIA2) and travel as needed to collaborate with stakeholders.
