Job Description
The Manager, Cybersecurity Change & Program Management is responsible for the day-to-day delivery, coordination and financial control of AirAsia’s cybersecurity change and transformation initiatives.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Cybersecurity Change & Program Management, this role acts as the primary delivery lead for cybersecurity programs, translating strategy into execution, driving adoption across the organization and ensuring strong delivery discipline, governance, and financial hygiene.
The role provides delivery leadership and oversight across multiple initiatives, while managing execution support from analysts and coordinating closely with cybersecurity domain teams, business stakeholders and corporate functions.
Lead the execution of cybersecurity programs and initiatives across multiple workstreams.
Translate strategic priorities and roadmaps defined by the Senior Manager into detailed delivery plans, milestones and work packages.
Oversee day-to-day delivery progress, ensuring timelines, dependencies and outcomes are actively managed.
Maintain structured PMO disciplines including delivery plans, RAID logs, milestone tracking and dashboards.
Prepare and contribute to program updates, governance packs and leadership reporting.
Lead the execution of cybersecurity change initiatives to drive awareness, engagement and behavioral adoption across business units.
Plan and deliver cybersecurity awareness campaigns, training initiatives and engagement activities aligned to the enterprise change strategy.
Tailor change interventions based on audience, role and risk profile, working closely with business stakeholders.
Support the development and ongoing management of the cybersecurity program budget in alignment with the Senior Manager and Cybersecurity domain leads.
Track program level spend, commitments, latest estimate forecasts and accruals to ensure financial transparency and control.
Monitor invoices, purchase orders and vendor payments in coordination with Finance and Procurement.
Identify cost variances, risks or inefficiencies and escalate appropriately.
Prepare financial summaries and cost reports for governance and leadership reviews.
Note: Strategic budget ownership and funding decisions remain with the Senior Manager and CISO, this role focuses on execution level financial tracking and control.
Coordinate cybersecurity procurement activities, including RFPs, vendor onboarding, contract tracking and renewals
Work closely with Procurement, Legal and cybersecurity leads to ensure procurement timelines align with program delivery
Maintain visibility of vendor dependencies, contract milestones and renewal risks impacting cybersecurity initiatives
Support the operation of cybersecurity governance forums including program reviews and leadership updates
Ensure reporting cadence and documentation standards are maintained consistently
Contribute to preparation of executive ready materials for senior leadership and BOD level submissions
Support audit, assurance and review activities through strong documentation and evidence management
Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, reporting quality and execution efficiency.
Capture lessons learned and best practices across cybersecurity initiatives.
Provide task direction, coaching and quality oversight to analysts supporting cybersecurity programs.
Support the maturation of the cybersecurity PMO and change management operating model.

Skills & Experience
5- 7 years of experience in Program management, Change management, Business Operations, or transformation roles
Proven experience leading cross-functional program delivery in complex, matrixed environments
Demonstrated exposure to budget tracking, financial reporting or procurement coordination within technology or cybersecurity contexts
Experience in cybersecurity, information security or risk management environments is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of Program & Change management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
Solid financial acumen with experience tracking budgets, forecasts, and variances.Proficiency in using tools and software for financial tracking and reporting
Comfortable producing dashboards, reports and executive-ready materials
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable influencing across functions and managing dependencies without direct authority.
