Main Responsibilities
To ensure the administration of Scheduled Maintenance Planning, manpower requirements, documentation / publication, maintenance records, training records, spare & material, facility and tool/equipment in providing efficient technical handling for the serviceability of operator’s aircraft.
Qualifications
License Aircraft Engineer with minimum of 5 years experience in Aircraft Maintenance.
Specific Functions
i. Ensure the operator’s aircraft and certify in accordance to standard procedures with full compliance to relevant airworthiness requirements.
ii. To review scheduled tasks that are to be carried out by the maintenance team and to ensure all spares, tools and equipment are available prior to task being accepted.
iii. To attend maintenance review meetings and to provide feedback to immediate superior regarding upcoming maintenance revisions and strategy plans for all fleet task call-outs. To monitor and ensure
evaluation of all maintenance tasks (scheduled, directives, AOG situations & etc.) prior to proceeding to line maintenance has been carried out.

v. To coordinate with the Production Planning team for any task that has been carried forward and plan to reschedule to the nearest convenient date without exceeding aircraft flight hours/cycle intervals.
vi. To ensure Technical Publication / Manual within ADE Part 145 is valid and up to date.
vii. To ensure the staff training records is kept and updated accordingly.
viii. To ensure material store operation is managed as per company and regulatory requirement.
ix. To ensure tool crib operation is managed as per company and regulatory requirement.
x. To ensure the administration of facilities and ground support equipment as per company and regulatory requirement.
xi. To ensure the copy of maintenance records are properly kept and retained as per authority requirement.
xii. Any other task as assigned by the immediate superior.
