YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR CREATIVE DESIGNER
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Design, execute, and adapt visuals according to briefs from various stakeholders.
Showcase deep expertise in design fundamentals — from typography and layout to colour theory and visual storytelling.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Branding, and other internal teams across the creative process — from ideation and strategy to execution and delivery.
Translate briefs into striking visuals that resonate with target audiences.
Stay ahead of design trends and behavioural insights to drive relevance and engagement.
Provide creative leadership and mentor junior designers by giving effective feedback and direction.
WHO YOU ARE:
4 to 7 years of professional experience in a multimedia or advertising environment
Design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc) and Mac
Highly knowledgeable of branding and conceptual development for advertising.
Knowledge about design principles, including typography, layout, colour theory, and visual art direction
Experience with motion graphics, photography and video production.
Able to work independently within tight deadlines and can adapt well in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Successful track record of managing multiple Creative assignments.
Strong team player & effective team building skills.
Understanding of digital is an advantage.
