Job Overview:
We're seeking a passionate and creative Senior Executive to join our dynamic team at AirAsia MOVE. You'll play a key role in elevating our brand image, driving user engagement, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and a knack for creating compelling content.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Execution:
Assist in the development and execution of AirAsia MOVE's brand strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Help maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice across all channels.
Support market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform brand decisions.
Content Creation & Management:
Contribute to the production of engaging video content, particularly in User-Generated Content (UGC) formats, for social media platforms and advertising campaigns.
Assist in the creation, curation, and optimization of brand assets, including photography, graphics, and copywriting.
Help manage and maintain AirAsia MOVE's brand presence across both digital and offline channels.
Brand Activation & Partnerships:
Support the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and partnerships, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with brand objectives.
Assist in identifying and collaborating with influencers and partners to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Contribute to the development of co-branded campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with teams across marketing, product, and customer service to ensure consistency in brand messaging and campaign execution.
Provide support and guidance to internal teams on the creation of marketing materials, communications, and product development in line with brand objectives.
Work closely with creative teams to ensure the execution of impactful marketing initiatives.
Brand Monitoring & Analysis:
Assist in monitoring brand performance and tracking key metrics such as brand awareness, engagement, and sentiment.
Support the analysis of data and insights to identify areas for improvement and refine brand strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging best practices to support continuous improvement in brand marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the travel or technology industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for brand building and storytelling.
Proficient in video editing and content creation tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points:
Experience with User-Generated Content (UGC) marketing.
Familiarity with the ASEAN travel market.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Language skills in Mandarin (Read & Write) is a plus.
