WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:
- Support daily operational.
- Elevate incident tickets and trigger the management escalation wiithin stated guidlines.
- Ensuring assigned tasks are effectively executed in a timely manner.
- Liaising and partnering with other suport team (internal team) to ensure seamless integration of IT service support and operations.
- Manage equipment store and make sure equipment are properly arranged.
- Execute deployment and setup of equipment.
- Undertake to provide resolutions and/or workaround solutions to desktop operational requests in a timely manner.
- Make sure ticket assigned are follow up and service / problem resolved within SLA.
- Ensure all assest delivered are properly record in the Good Acceptance Form anf submit to Senior Desktop Support Executve.
- Resonsible on tools are in good conditions.
- Ensure improvement plan are fully execute.
- Execute Ad-hoc task given by superior.
WHO YOU ARE:
- At least 3 years working experience in IT industry
- Strong technical background with good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and well organized.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Good emotional management.
- Minimum in Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related qualification
