Job Description

Conduct comprehensive market research and opportunity mapping to identify strategic expansion opportunities across Malaysia.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, developers, and government agencies to source and evaluate potential sites.

Collaborate with the Data Strategy team to assess target locations and customer availability zones (AZs).

Consolidate and analyze inputs to evaluate cost implications, design and construction risks, and project timelines for site selection.

Job Requirements

Coordinate the collection of due diligence materials from external representatives and stakeholders.

Partner with a multidisciplinary team—including engineers, consultants, and real estate professionals—to conduct thorough due diligence and feasibility assessments.

Manage the due diligence budget for site selection activities, ensuring cost control and transparency.

Support internal teams in preparing documentation for investment approvals, including financial models and investment memoranda.
