Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts and general accounting functions.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly management reports.
  • Prepare tax estimates and assist with tax-related matters.
  • Liaise with company auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and relevant parties.
  • Support audit, tax, and company secretarial queries, including resolutions, share transfers, dividends, and related matters.
  • Review budgeting, cash flow, and future management accounts.
  • Maintain proper accounting records, filing, and documentation.
  • Assist in any other accounting, finance, or administrative tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma in Accounting/Finance, LCCI, CAT, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, audit, or tax field.
  • Able to handle full set of accounts.
  • Knowledge of UBS system or SQL Financial Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to maintain a high level of integrity.
  • A team player with good communication skills and able to coordinate well with internal and external parties.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive working attitude and good initiative.
