Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist supervisor to liaise and set appointments with clients
• Work closely with supervisor in helping service, build and expand client base
• Evaluating the business or individual’s financial needs and risk profiles
• Participate in daily morning meeting & company’s activity
• Recruit & manage own team member and work closely within the team
• Attend to all training and development programs
• To participate in every company events. Promoting and inviting students (Student Participant) to join the event organized by the Company.
• Engage with the recruiter for a periodic performance engagement.
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

What are the criteria to be involved in this programme?

• Min Diploma/Degree in any related field
• Strong analytical mind and observant skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with candidates
• Mature personality with right attitude, ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude towards the working environment; someone who is ready to adapt to the working life.
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred
• Candidates who have their own transport arrangements are prioritized and preferred.
