Job Description

• Participate actively in structured internship programme, including weekly training, workshops, and sharing sessions.
• Assist mentors in day-to-day tasks, client engagement activities, and field appointments.
• Gain practical exposure in financial planning, investment strategies, insurance, and property-related projects.
• Conduct research, case studies, and presentations on finance, banking, investment, and insurance topics.
• Support planning, organizing, and execution of team-building activities, events, and industrial visits.
• Learn and apply professional workplace values, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Take part in group projects, surveys, debates, and discussions to enhance critical thinking.
• Attend industrial sharing sessions with professionals across various industries.
• Complete assessments, reports, and internship deliverables as required by the programme.
   

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in any field (Business, Finance, Marketing, Banking, Economics or related fields preferred). 
• Strong analytical mind and observation skills
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a professional working environment.
• Good communication, teamwork, and presentation skills. 
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and growth mindset.
