Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate actively in required training and development programmes, including learning the “One-Stop Mortgage Solution” approach.
• Assist in the full cycle of mortgage processes: consultation, document management, case preservation, and follow-up services to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support in coordinating with a small group of external third parties (e.g., bankers, lawyers, valuers) 
• Work closely with mentors and team members on case studies, projects, and real client scenarios.
• Involve in research, report preparation, and administrative tasks related to banking and mortgage.
• Take on other ad-hoc assignments as directed by your supervisor to support business operations.

Job Requirements

•  Min Diploma/Degree in any related field
•  Strong analytical mind and observation skills
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Candidates who have their own transport arrangements are prioritized and preferred.
•  Mature personality, ability to work independently, and good interpersonal skills
•  A positive attitude towards the working environment; someone who is ready to adapt to the working life.
