Job Description

  • Monitor and manage client accounts by tracking key dates, sending reminders, and following up to ensure timely actions are taken.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update reports to monitor account status, payments, and client data.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and ensure a high standard of service.
  • Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of documents and applications.
  • Assist in handling the full cycle of administrative processes, from consultation and documentation to follow-up and after-sales support.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, client service skills, and operational efficiency.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates or students awaiting placement are welcome to apply.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage). 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced professional environment.
