If you love closing B2B deals but hate the exhausting grind of prospecting, this is your dream role. We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to manage incoming inquiries for our premium kitchenware and hotel equipment business. Customers come directly to us through our SS2 showroom, solid referrals, and highly active social media marketing. Your only focus? Consult the client, provide the right equipment solutions, and close the deal!

💰 The Compensation (Uncapped Earning Potential)

  • Solid Base: RM 2,300 – RM 3,500 basic salary (commensurate with experience).
  • High-Tier Commissions: Earn 2.5% to 5.0% commission with NO MAX CAP. The more you close, the more you take home!
  • The "Hustler's" Bonus: Prefer to hunt? If you proactively do outdoor sales and pitch to external corporate F&B clients, you unlock even higher commission structures and bigger client discounts to close bulk deals faster.

🔥 Your Mission on the Floor

  • Inbound Consultation: Serve walk-in showroom customers and handle warm inbound sales inquiries generated directly from our marketing channels.
  • Product Demonstration: Understand the unique needs of restaurants, hotels, and cafes, and recommend the perfect kitchenware and hardware solutions.
  • Deal Closing & Follow-Up: Prepare professional quotations, negotiate deals confidently, and follow up to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Optional Outdoor Sales: Network and pitch to external hotels and restaurants to unlock premium commission rates.

Job Requirements
