About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Driver / Site Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our interior installation projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your day-to-day will involve transporting materials and installers to client sites, preparing the workspace, managing inventory, and assisting with the physical assembly of cabinetry.
This is a dynamic, physical role perfect for someone who is highly punctual, proactive, and eager to learn valuable trade skills in a supportive environment.
Salary & Compensation
- Monthly Basic Salary: RM 2,100 – RM 3,500 (Depending on experience)
- Overtime: OT pay is provided for hours worked beyond standard timings.
- Training: Full on-the-job training will be provided for all site and installation tasks.
Working Days & Hours
- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Time: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Holidays: Off on company-declared Public Holidays

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Driving: Safely fetch installers to various client sites and ensure timely arrivals.
- Site Preparation: Independently lay out and install protective floor mats before any installation work begins.
- Stock Management: Receive incoming stocks at the client’s site, unpack them, distribute them to designated areas, and arrange everything properly.
- Installation Support: Assist installers by lifting and holding heavy cabinet parts during the installation process.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Punctuality: Must be highly disciplined with time and consistently on time.
- Physical Fitness: Able to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy cabinet components.
- Driving License: Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Bonus Skills: Ability to understand drawings and do basic carpentry work is a huge plus! (If not, training will be provided)
