About the Role

This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is needed—we will provide full on-the-job training! Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager and Sales Director with preparing, formatting, and sending business quotations.
- E-Commerce Platform Operations: Navigate and assist with tasks on mainstream online shopping platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Taobao, and Alibaba).
- Social Media Content Sourcing: Explore social media apps to source inspiration, trends, and content for simple, creative company postings.
- Administrative Duties: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the sales department runs smoothly.
Working Days & Hours
- Working Days: 5 to 6 days per week (schedule to be discussed)

Job Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Language Skills: Must be able to read and write in both Chinese and English (essential for preparing bilingual corporate quotations).
- Platform Familiarity: Comfortable using online shopping platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Taobao, Alibaba) and highly familiar with social media apps (XiaoHongShu, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook).
- Experience: No experience needed! Fresh graduates and school leavers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Attitude: Fast learner, positive attitude, tech-savvy, and a strong willingness to learn on the job.
