About the Role
Are you passionate about beautiful spaces and home transformations? We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Forget about cold-calling or hunting for leads in the hot sun—we provide a steady stream of ready-to-buy clients directly to you via showroom walk-ins and our highly active social media channels. Your job is to understand their dream home vision, consult on solutions, and close the deal!
Salary & Compensation
- Basic Salary: RM 2,300 – RM 3,500 (commensurate with experience)
- Commission Structure: 3.0% to 5.0% high-tier commission with NO MAX CAP (uncapped earning potential on high-ticket project values!).
- Bonus Perk: Want to hunt bigger projects? Choosing to do outdoor sales or corporate site visits unlocks higher commission structures and bigger client discounts to help you secure major renovation deals.
Working Days & Hours
- Working Days: 6 days per week (schedule/rotation to be discussed)
- Working Hours: [e.g., 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM / Showroom operating hours]

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Consultation: Serve and consult walk-in showroom customers and follow up promptly on inbound inquiries received via our social media platforms.
- Client Solution Pitching: Understand client floor plans, spatial requirements, and preferences to pitch custom built-in cabinet packages, interior design, and renovation services.
- Quotation & Deal Closing: Prepare project estimations/quotations, handle price negotiations, and coordinate closely with the design/production team to ensure smooth handover.
- (Optional) Site / Outdoor Sales: Conduct site measurements and meet clients externally to unlock premium commission tiers and flexible discount margins.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in custom built-in cabinets, interior design (ID), furniture sales, hardware, or the renovation industry is highly prioritized.
- Career Level: Open to junior executives (Sales Executive) and seasoned professionals (Senior Sales Executive).
- Key Traits: Strong communication, a keen eye for aesthetics/layouts, and excellent persuasion and closing skills.
- Languages: Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners and corporate clients.
