About the Role
Are you looking for a sales role where you don't have to spend your days driving around hunting for leads? We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to handle incoming customers for our kitchenware and hotel equipment business. All leads are provided directly to you through walk-ins and our active social media channels—your job is to consult, pitch, and close!
Salary & Compensation
- Basic Salary: RM 2,300 – RM 3,500 (commensurate with experience)
- Commission Structure: 2.5% to 5.0% high-tier commission with NO MAX CAP (the more you close, the more you earn!).
- Bonus Perk: Prefer to do outdoor sales? Outdoor sales unlock higher commission structures and bigger client discounts to help you close bulk corporate deals faster!
Working Days & Hours
- Working Days: 6 days per week (schedule/rotation to be discussed)
- Working Hours: [e.g., 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM / Showroom operating hours]

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Sales Consultation: Attend to walk-in showroom customers and handle inbound sales inquiries generated from the company's social media platforms.
- Product Demonstration: Understand client needs (restaurants, hotels, cafes) and recommend the right kitchenware and hotel equipment solutions.
- Deal Closing & Follow-Up: Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- (Optional) Outdoor Sales: Proactively network and pitch to corporate F&B clients, hotels, and restaurants externally to unlock higher commission rates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in kitchenware, hotel equipment, F&B supply, or hospitality hardware is highly prioritized.
- Career Level: Open to junior candidates (Sales Executive) and experienced professionals (Senior Sales Executive).
- Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Language Skills: Ability to speak comfortably with local business owners and corporate buyers.
