About the Role
We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. You will be the operational backbone of our sales process—ensuring that once a sale is made, the journey from our warehouse to the client’s home or showroom is seamless. Key Responsibilities
- Shipment & Inventory Coordination: Liaise with international/local logistics partners to monitor and manage incoming stock arrivals into Malaysia for distribution.
- Local Delivery Management: Arrange and schedule on-demand local transport services (e.g., Lalamove) to safely deliver goods to clients' locations or return stock to the company showroom.
- Site & Installation Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule internal workers or external installers to client sites for seamless setup.
- Data Hygiene: Maintain, track, and regularly update accurate customer records and delivery statuses in our system.
Working Days & Hours
- Working Days: 5 to 6 days per week (schedule to be discussed)

Job Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Language Skills: Must be able to speak and read basic English, Malay, and Mandarin/Chinese (required to effectively communicate with diverse clients, logistics riders, and internal installers).
- Experience: Previous experience in sales support, logistics coordination, administrative work, or customer service is highly advantageous.
- Core Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and the ability to solve scheduling challenges on the fly.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using communication apps, delivery platforms (like Lalamove), and basic spreadsheet/data entry software.
