Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales & Operations Coordinator to keep our sales, logistics, and installation processes running smoothly. You'll be the key link between customers, logistics partners, installers and the sales team, ensuring every order is delivered and completed seamlessly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and taking ownership of projects from order confirmation to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming stock shipments and inventory arrivals.
  • Arrange and manage customer deliveries and showroom transfers.
  • Schedule installation teams and coordinate site appointments.
  • Track orders, delivery timelines, and project progress.
  • Maintain accurate customer, inventory, and operational records.
  • Work closely with sales, logistics partners, and installers to ensure excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, sales support, or administration is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Job Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Must be able to speak and read basic English, Malay, and Mandarin (required to effectively communicate with diverse clients, logistics riders, and internal installers).
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales support, logistics coordination, administrative work, or customer service is highly advantageous.
  • Core Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and the ability to solve scheduling challenges on the fly.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using communication apps, delivery platforms (like Lalamove), and basic spreadsheet/data entry software, Microsoft Office.
